I am moving onto the area of my bookshelf which is grouped by “type” of food as oppose to by author. This slightly concerns me only in that I foresee week long binges on Thai food or Indian food. That is the good part, the bad part may be having to bake a cake everyday when I get to the baking section.

This weeks menu comes from Indian, Thai and a “Potato” book and as many of the dishes are of a certain type, I may decide to make a social occasion of one of two of the recipes and make two on a day and invite people round. I will see how the week goes.
